Welcome to Old North UMC Sr. High Youth Group!!

INTRO:

Old North Sr. High Youth is about loving and serving God in any way we can. We discuss a lot of different everyday life issues/scriptures/and other things the youth would like to talk about at the meetings, we go on mission trips every summer and we do fundraisers throughout the year.

I AM SECOND:

We have been working on the I AM SECOND program. This is a movement that basically states that you are second to God. There are videos, worksheets, journals and discussions in every meeting. The videos show people in their life’s struggles and how God had helped them overcome those trials. So now they praise and worship God and put him first in their lives.

MISSION TRIP:

This years mission trip is May 30-June 4 and it will be at Henderson Settlement in Frakes, KY.

FUNDRAISERS:

We had two very successful fundraisers this year. Thank you to our group for helping with the Fall Festival Booth and our Roma Meal Night.

A big thanks to our congregation and pastors for supporting our youth. This year is coming to an end and we are excited for everything to come in the future!!
